ISDA Publishes Standardized Documentation for Vista MDX.GN Swaps

ISDA has published standardized documentation for Vista MDX.GN Swaps in its ISDA MyLibrary as of October 17, 2025.

ISDA members, representing various market participants, reviewed and commented on the ISDA® Vista MDX® Swap Standard Terms Supplement and ISDA® Vista MDX® Swap Transaction Confirmation.

Vista appreciates the leadership of ISDA’s Jonathan Martin, Head of Derivatives Products Management, and Frederick Quenzer, Senior Legal Counsel, in steering the working group to craft documentation that will allow counterparties to trade Vista MDX Swaps under existing ISDA Master Agreement relationships.

Vista is pleased to work with organizations like ISDA to introduce a new derivatives product to the market — one designed to reflect credit performance of household debt — ahead of its November trading debut.
